GIVE 5 / SAVE 10 — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Give 5 / Save 10 applies to new commissions where the agreed professional-fee value is at least £500.

  2. To qualify, the client must donate 5% of the total agreed invoice value before the discount is applied.

  3. The donation must be made directly to a registered charity chosen by the client. The charity must be registered with the relevant UK charity regulator.

  4. The client must provide reasonable proof of donation, showing the charity name, registration details, date and amount donated. Personal payment information may be redacted.

  5. The 10% discount applies only to professional fees for photography, writing, interviews, reporting, editing and related creative work.

  6. The discount does not apply to travel, accommodation, meals, materials, equipment hire, printing, licensing, subcontractors, third-party services or other agreed expenses.

  7. The donation is calculated using the total agreed invoice value before the Give 5 / Save 10 discount is applied. Any VAT treatment will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.

  8. The discount will normally be applied to the final invoice once valid proof of donation has been received. If the invoice has already been issued, an adjustment or credit note may be provided instead.

  9. Give 5 / Save 10 cannot be combined with another discount or offer and may only be used once per commission.

  10. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively unless agreed in writing.

  11. The donation is made by the client directly to the chosen charity. Sam Singleton does not receive, administer or claim the donation and does not represent the charity.

  12. If proof of donation cannot be verified, the commission does not meet the eligibility requirements or the donation is refunded, the discount may be withdrawn.

  13. Eligibility must be confirmed in the quotation or booking agreement before work begins. The offer is not an automatic entitlement.

  14. These terms form part of the quotation or booking agreement for any eligible commission.

  15. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
